Just wanted to let you folks at K&H know how pleased I am with the mowing last Friday. I particularly liked the view created from the diagonal grass cut using the 21-inch mower. In our maintenance contract, we specifically requested using the smaller mower instead of the bigger seated mower. On our smaller, hilly lot the smaller mower seemed to work better and leaves a nicer look. Please let the crew we appreciate their extra effort!

How far in advance should our HOAs board or committee member contact you for a bid to have the work done?

As soon as possible! Our team entertains requests throughout the year and we find that a bulk of our orders for the year are in by the end of summer

Will you install lights that our HOA already owns?

No, unfortunately, we are unable to warranty the quality and workmanship of the lights we do not provide.

What’s the difference between the lights you provide and the ones our HOA can buy from a local retailer?

Our team goes through a tedious process of identifying and procuring commercial grade lights and equipment that offers the highest quality while ensuring the utmost safety possible.

What happens in case some of the lights go or stop working at our community?

Our services include maintenance for the lights and equipment. So, if something was to stop working, all you have to do is reach out and we’ll respond as quick as possible to correct the issue.

Will our HOA be renting, leasing or buying the décor from you?

The HOA will be buying the décor from us. Our team will then be responsible for installation, removal and storage of all the decorations.
